Notes Someone’s Not a FanThe camera is out of battery so I can’t upload photos until I find/ buy new ones. Today my mom made Hong Kong style pork chop rice, which are breaded and fried pork chops on a bed of fried rice topped with two handfuls of cheese.
My sister, Melody, proclaimed, “It’s delicious.”
I pointed to my mother. “She made it.”
“That’s why,” she quipped.
